For the Monroe residential community, Parkworks designed and installed a German-engineered mechanical lift-and-slide parking system with a pit, providing 104 parking spaces and incorporating dedicated EV charging stalls for residents.
This space-saving solution consolidates parking efficiently, allowing more room for residential units as well as indoor and outdoor community spaces, and offers a safe and accessible parking experience.
Located in San Diego, California, Monroe is a 137-unit residential community developed by Streamline Development Group and designed by AC Martin Architects.
Completed in 2025, the project achieved LEED Platinum certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainability, innovation, and high-quality urban living.
