Parkworks delivered a high-efficiency semi-automatic parking system tailored for compact,
high-density residential development.
Completed in 2025, the system was the first of its kind in Sonoma County and features parking platforms arranged three high and three deep, delivering exceptional density and efficiency.
Located in downtown Santa Rosa, California, Felix is a 168-unit luxury apartment community developed by Related California and designed by David Baker Architects.
The compact parking system provides nearly 100 vehicle stalls, enabling the project to meet parking requirements without compromising on residential or amenity space.
Equipped with integrated EV charging, the system supports sustainable mobility and aligns with the growing shift toward electric transportation.
Through this installation, Parkworks demonstrates how innovative, space-efficient parking solutions can advance both urban livability and environmental responsibility.
This project has earned LEED Gold Certification.
