To maximize efficiency within a constrained urban footprint and align with sustainability objectives, Parkworks designed and installed a three-level, fully automatic Swiss parking system for the Synapse development.
The below-grade garage accommodates 231 vehicles, providing safe, efficient, and convenient parking for the building’s users while maximizing valuable above-ground space.
Located in Culver City, California, Synapse is a four-story office and retail complex developed by the Runyon Group and designed by Abramson Architects.
Completed in 2021, the project exemplifies forward-thinking urban design, integrating advanced automation with sustainable infrastructure to support a modern, space-conscious workplace environment.
