Parkworks is a design-driven mechanical parking company, delivering innovative, space-saving systems for modern development projects. From concept to completion, we create efficient, sustainable solutions built for long-term performance.
Building on decades of experience in engineering, design, and real estate development, Michael established Parkworks to create thoughtfully crafted, enduring spaces inspired by his background in precision European equipment and hands on construction.
Dedicated to delivering custom-designed parking systems of the highest quality for development projects across the West Coast, we engineer solutions from concept to completion that are efficient, space-saving, and sustainable, and built for decades of dependable performance.
The mechanical parking industry is often mired with low bids, empty promises and systems that fail to stand the test of time, leaving developers and contractors to shoulder risk and delays.
An effective preventive maintenance routine allows a mechanical parking system to provide decades of reliable service.
An opportunity to design smarter systems that make the most of limited space, work reliably, and create long-term value for buildings and communities.
For us, it’s never just about parking systems — it’s about shaping the buildings they support, the communities they serve, and the sustainable future we all share.
Parkworks brings a breadth of experience and perspectives to every project. By collaborating with top-tier manufacturers from China, Germany, and Switzerland, we integrate state-of-the-art engineering and precision craftsmanship into every installation. This results in systems that maximize space, streamline traffic flow, and minimize long-term maintenance and operating costs, while also advancing our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
