Colorado-Campus

These commercial office buildings are a series of four existing buildings that the developer repurposed and upgraded into the Colorado Campus.

This semi-automatic basic stacker system was designed with efficiency in mind, featuring an industry-leading drop-down speed of 12-15 seconds.

Since this system is a retrofit, each aspect of the system was carefully designed to ensure that the space was as efficient as possible. For example, light beams to protect each car beneath building ducts. Thanks to clever design like this, Parkworks was able to fit in 76 stacker systems, and greatly increase the amount of parking available in the building.
