This high rise residential project is made up of 4 structures resting on a common substructure. The tallest of the towers is 400 feet. This project earned Gold LEED certification.

Parkworks supplied and installed (151) N2102 semi-automatic, custom-sized stackers. To best fit the Owner’s wishes, all systems are dependent.

In addition, Parkworks was deeply involved with the planning and layout of systems. They helped optimize all parameters of the mechanical parking system including platform heights, system widths, platform lengths, control locations, and power unit layout. To ensure ease of functionality, Parkworks provided a color scheme to distinguish system sizes, making this custom system as user friendly as possible.
