The Parkworks team designed and built Seattle’s first fully automatic parking system (APS) at Spire, combining creativity and precision engineering to redefine urban parking.

Swiss-engineered system accommodates 266 vehicles and features a traveling tower mechanism that efficiently transports cars to assigned slots within the garage.

The system also integrates Parkworks’ proprietary robotic EV charging technology, offering residents convenient, on-demand charging while advancing sustainable mobility.

Located in Seattle, Washington, Spire is a 343-unit luxury condominium developed by Laconia and designed by VIA Architects.

Completed in 2021, the project achieved LEED Gold certification for its commitment to sustainability and design excellence.

Through innovative design and strategic engineering, Parkworks reconfigured the garage to extend eight levels below grade, enabling the development team to maximize residential space without compromising parking capacity.

The result is a high-performance, space-efficient solution that enhances both the functionality and architectural integrity of the building.
